1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

3 Account & Security

3.1 One Account Limit

Each individual is only permitted to have one active account only at mbi8my. Holding multiple accounts — whether using the same or different information — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any balance.

3.2 Account Security Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. mbi8my will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your own negligence.

• Do not share your password with anyone, including family members.
• Use a strong password combining letters, numbers, and symbols.

3.3 Accurate Account Information

The full name on your mbi8my account must match the name on your identification document and registered bank account. Any mismatch may cause withdrawals to be delayed until the verification process is complete.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals
